- Q: Does Tsuruchi Amane's +2 to ranged attacks, when targets are bowed, count as an increase?
A: Yes. Zen Faulkes, "Rules for 13 December 2003", 13 Dec 2003 - Q: If Tsuruchi Amane is in an army and you Smite the Blood in reaction to targeting a card in the opposing army, does the ranged attack recieve Amane's +2 bonus to RAs against bowed cards or is it too late, as Amane specifies the +2 "if the target is bowed"? I.e. does the +2 get added when the target is announced or when the action resolves?
