Rules Q&A
- Q: A question came up on the Mantis Website (Tsuruchi's Arrow) about Yoritomo Heishiro being able to benefit from Port Towns due to them being considered Ports due to the Foo Rule. What we were wondering is if you are able to bow the region to give him his force or chi boost?
A: Yes. There is no rule that says Regions can't bow.
