Rules Q&A
- Q: Normally, when something lets you put something into play ignoring costs and/or ignoring entering play effects, it says so.
Tsuruchi's Retreat does not say that you ignore costs. Do you have to pay the gold cost of a holding that you're stealing with Tsuruchi's Retreat in addition to the 2 gold cost for using the ability?
