Rules Q&A
- Q: Recon Open: During battles at a target province this turn, your non-Shadowlands Hare Clan and Unaligned Human Personalities have +1F. Assumptions for this question: 1) Playing out of Stronghold Shiro Usagi ; 2) Event "The Portals Open" (I think) when revealed, allows me to align my personalities, some of whom may (will!) be nonhuman, to Hare.
I understand the action on Heiji means that I may have two different classes of targets, each of which may have +1F. Must I interpret the first class as "non-Shadowlands Hare Clan" "Human Personalities" or may I merely interpret it as "non-Shadowlands Hare Clan Personalities" ? (In the latter case, the nonhumans may gain the boost.)
A: Started a discussion with Rules and Design teams on this one, I'll update this thread when we figure it out. Chris Fuchs, "Usagi Heiji (TTT) Recon Open interpretation", 25 Sep 2007
