As I understand the present rules, and specifically the definition of "permanent(ly)" as an ongoing effect (?), if I use Shrine of the Sun targeting a resolved Wanderers Revealed in my opponent's discard pile does the card nerfed by Wanderers recover all its wiped keywords, traits, and abilities?
A: Yes, a "permanent" effect is currently, and has always been, defined as an ongoing effect with an implicit duration of "until the game ends".

A: Stats and title are neither traits nor keywords. Wanderers Revealed will remove none of them. Brook Cunningham, "Wanderers Revealed", 10 Mar 2012 - Q: So, in the case of "A Dragon's Favor", if the Personality loses Shugenja, the trait would still apply as long as they still have Thunder, although the battle action would not be usable (in the case of Wanderers Revealed, considering Oracle text, both Shugenja and Thunder keywords would be lost, therefore deactivating the trait)
