Rules Q&A
- Q: Can Shosuru Maru Target a player who has 1.no peeps 2. all bowed peeps for purposes of Whispers?
A: Sure. Maru only requires you to have a legal target of another player. The fact that her effect requires someone else to target something they can't target doesn't impact the legality of you taking the Action. Only if YOU can't target something you are required to target is your Action illegal. Martin Lund, "Rules for 28 April 2004", 30 Apr 2004
