- After this card enters play: Target a battlefield adjacent to this one whose battle has not yet resolved this Attack Phase. Move all units there to this battlefield. Give the current battlefield's province a strength bonus equal to the strength of the targeted battlefield's province's strength. If this battle's resolution destroys this battlefield's province, destroy the targeted battlefield's as well. Do not resolve the targeted battlefield's battle.

Rules Q&A
- Q: Another question where people want to see print.
If I have 2 sorrows paths next to each other and I play wide terrain, since it's considered one province, is there a problem caused with 2 regions there? Do they have to destroy 2 units (or 6 cards)?
I don't see a problem with it and I think the attacker should destroy 2 units.
A: You don't fully "merge" the two Provinces, by the text on Wide Terrain. You don't count Regions and Fortifications on the adjacent Province as being on the current one. The other Sorrow's Path wouldn't matter. Jeff Alexander, "Rulings for 18 January 2001", 22 Jan 2001
