- Erratum: Reads, "Wind Born Speed 2G 2FV Open: Bow this shugenja to give all cards in one unit the trait: Cavalry until the end of the turn." [MRP, Obsidian Edition] Rules Archive, August 18, 2007, p. 67
- Clarified: Cavalry trait only lasts until the end of the turn. Text Change & Errata List, February 15, 2000, p. 9
- Q: I have a spell card which doesn't specifically say to bow the shugenja it's attached to. Can I use it and then another spell on the same shugenja? A: No. All spells bow the shugenja who's using them. Most of them say to do so, but we missed a couple. (Earthquake and Wind Born Speed, for instance.) The Imperial Herald, Vol. 1, Issue 1, p. 11
