- It is our nature to blind ourselves to that which we do not wish to see. But the value of what is ignored is never truly known until it is needed.

Rules Q&A
- Q: Was the fixed Kuni Utagu from Winds of Change Diamond bugged?
A: No. Zen Faulkes, "Rules for 9 November 2003", 9 Nov 2003 - Q: Is Winds of Change going to be an oversized set like Soul of the Empire and Time of the Void, seeing as how it's an "end of arc" set?
A: It will be normal-sized. This should tell you something about the story. Jeff Alexander, "post for 19 May 2003", 21 May 2003 - Q: I should put this in the rulebook for Winds of Change: Delayed Terrains are exceptions to the rule that you cannot take a targeted action without a target. You can play one regardless of whether you have something in the battle for it to affect and regardless of whether the cards that it CAN affect will still be there when it resolves.
Jeff this brings to mind a ciouple of questions.
When do Dealyed Terrains Target?
A: When they resolve. Jeff Alexander, "post for 2 May 2003", 3 May 2003 - Q: I know that Winds of Change is coming out soon, but does anyone know the release date for it?
A: August 2003, which almost certainly means, "released at GenCon." Zen Faulkes, "Rules for 10 April 2003", 11 Apr 2003 - Q: Just a quick question in regards to this "mess". If I use Ninja Spy on a face-down province and he is one of the cards, then I use Winds of Change. What happens? Does his ability go off or not?
A: The question is not, "does it go off?" The question is, "CAN it?" Reactions are not mandatory.
The answer is that it doesn't matter if Sharaku is face-down when he is discarded. His Reaction is used "after" he is discarded, when he is face-up in the discard pile and visible to all players. Jeff Alexander, "post for 28 February 2003", 1 Mar 2003
