Rules Q&A
- Q: Does the second action on Yoma Sensei require the shugenja with the spell to be unbowed to use the ability?
A: Not at all. The Shugenja doesn't have anything to do with the ability. He's just a just a hat rack. Martin Lund, "Rules for 24 and 25 October 2004", 27 Oct 2004
