- Q: [EE] Yoritomo Emoto. Can his battle action be considered "naval" and thus be used to act before defender when attacking, even if the designated follower does not have the naval keyword?
A: The EE Naval Reaction requires that the performing Naval Personality you target also perform the action you take before the Defender.
