  "-2" is one numeral. [DE p. 102] Increasing it by one produces "-1", then "0", then "+1", and so on.
  If the Dojo Raiden has been Sezaru's Gift'ed couple times, what happens?
  It would increase by 2, 3, or 4 each time.
  Jeff, I thought you had ruled in the past that Penalties cannot go above 0 and bonuses cannot go below zero?

• Q: I have 3 Zashiki Warashi's and The Emerald Armor attached to one Personality who has a Chi total of 3 and I bow each Zashiki Warashi in succession as my Battle Actions.
  Since this personality cannot have his Chi reduced below one, can I still produce the Elemental Actions that would normally lower his Chi below 1 but are prevented from the Armor?
