Rules Q&A
- Q: Hi, need some claryfikaction.
When I duel dishonorable berserker with ex, steel on steel how does the trait from Kakita works? Can my enemy deley the efekt of destuction from Kakitas trait from Halls off the forgotten? Or from the spirit of berserker? I think they cannot deley the destrution becous it is not a battle action ( halls of the forotten) nor any action (spirit of berserker) it is Ichigiku trait. I am also not sure if my opponent can deley this Kakita trait by duty of the Crab. Can he?
Ichigiku trait: After Ichigiku challenges a dishonorable Personality during a Combat Segment: The challenge will not be refused; destroy that duel's loser in addition to other consequences of losing.
Halls of the forgotten :Reaction: After another player's Battle action targets your Berserker: Delay its effects on him until after this battle ends.
Spirit of the berserker: "Reaction: After another player's action targets this Personality: Delay his destruction from the action's effects until before this turn ends."
Duty of the Crab : As a Focus Effect: You may choose (now) to delay the effects of losing this duel until after the next Dynasty Phase begins.
Thx for reply.

This is important to know if actions that negate destruction from actions (like Hundred-Fold Cut) work against duels initiated by Ichigiku or not.
Kakita Ichigiku After Ichigiku challenges a dishonorable Personality during a Combat Segment: The challenge will not be refused; destroy that duel's loser in addition to other consequences of losing.
Hundred-Fold Cut (relevant text only) Reaction: After another player's action targets your performing Kensai, bow or destroy one of his Weapons: Negate his destruction from the action's effects.
A: No. Ichigiku's destruction is its own effect coming from Ichigiku, not the original action; the wording is there to show that the normal effects of the duel happen as well. Jon Palmer, "Kakita Ichigiku and negation", 28 Jul 2012
