Rulings
- The Strength bonus from Prophet's Wall is not a increase to the "Base City Strength," and thus does not increase the Fate value needed to Raid from the City Section. [RL, 8/17/98] Legend of the Burning Sands FAQ, Official FAQ and accumulated rulings, version 1.1, October 1999, p. 18
