- The React is triggered before it is determined who won the Initiative roll. If two or more players wish to use the react, the preceding turn's Initiative winner goes first. If it is the first turn, a pre-initiative roll-off is required to see who goes first (this is a straight roll that cannot have any reacts or modifiers). The character triggers all reacts to entering play and entering the rank as normal.
