Scorpion Clan Strategy Article for Thunderous Acclaim By Stephen McAuliffe | June 01, 2015 Thunderous Acclaim is a set that has something to offer for all Scorpion clan deck types. The Dishonor deck is receiving an effect similar to the Strategy A Growing Rift on Bayushi Fuyuko Exp; this will slot directly into the current deck and help improve its performance. Fuyuko's main strength is that she provides an Honor loss that does not key off printed Personal Honor or need a Dishonored Personality on the board. This particularly helps especially in match-ups against clans running many Personalities with 0 Personal Honor. Ninja decks using Aroru Sensei have access to two new Ninja personalities. Soshi Mumoshi is a Shugenja who synergises well with Aroru Sensei's Poison tokens and Shosuro Kanako is another Duelist with the Resilient, and potentially the Destined Keywords. These both improve Aroru Sensei decks as they are generally cheaper than what 's already available, while still providing essential Keywords. Personally, I believe that the deck type that gets the most out of Thunderous Acclaim is the Military/Kensai theme. Bayushi Chizuken is a Resilient Tactician who gives the clan yet another Force penalty Ability that fits in well with the already well-establish, "massed" Force penalties of the Personality base. For the Kensai deck, two new, Gold-efficient Kensai are a welcome addition, and help with the use and distribution of Madness tokens. Bayushi Tenburo offers a new way of using Madness tokens by temporarily providing himself with useful Keywords such as Conqueror, Cavalry or Naval, while Bayushi Wayari creates a token Personality as he comes into play. Because of the strong support the Kensai deck receives from Thunderous Acclaim, and because it's a deck that's already performing well in the current environment, I've chosen to explore the extra tools our Bitter Lies Kensai deck is getting in the set. Following is the sample deck list. Stronghold The Shadowed
